Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy of Edly Inc

  • Subscription Cancellation
    • Either party may terminate the service with a thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other in the event that the other party fails to perform any of material obligations, unless such other party cures such failure within such notice period. Edly may immediately suspend its performance under these terms in the event Customer fails to pay any Edly invoice when due.
    • Upon cancellation, all applicable fees accruing up to and including the effective date of cancellation, together with all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Edly in connection therewith, shall be immediately due and payable.
    • If Customer elects to terminate or cancel a Fixed Price Statement of Work, an accepted proposal, or a subscription for which a fixed fee is payable then, notwithstanding such termination, Edly shall be entitled to receive the total fixed fee set forth in the Statement of Work, an accepted proposal or a subscription except solely where the Statement of Work, an accepted proposal or subscription is terminated pursuant to the terms mentioned under the cancellation policy based on Edly’s material and uncured failure to perform its material obligations hereunder.
  • Refunds and Prorated Charges

    Monthly Subscriptions:
    • For monthly subscriptions, no refunds are provided for the current month.
    • Any remaining days in the current billing cycle are not prorated.
    • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.
    • No partial refunds for unused months within the annual contract.
  • Termination and Account Closure

    Account Termination:
    • If a user terminates their account, access to the LMS ceases immediately.
    • No refunds are issued upon account termination.
    • Subscription cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
